Raclette - Cheese Club


Raclette is a semi-hard cheese from the alps that is usually used for melting, but is also consumed as a slice. Raclette also is a French dish, very popular in Ski resort (Europe), based on heating the cheese and scraping off (from French: racler) the melted part.
