Mix the flour and yeast. Beat with a whisk with the eggs, the oil and then the milk to obtain a smooth paste. Add Salt and pepper. Stir in the Vercors Blue cheese and bacon (or ham).
Pour into a buttered cake mold. Bake at 180° celsius for about one hour.
Let it cool down and unmold it on a serving plate.
Serve hot or cold, It goes well with a little salad and glass of white wine!
